Together with our travel management company, Stage & Screen, we have managed to negotiate special deals with a number of hotels in the Canberra City. A daily shuttle service will be offered to delegates that choose to stay in the selected hotels and book through Stage & Screen. The following accommodation deals are available to delegates:

- Marque Hotel – $169/night, per standard room (Queen bed + single)
- Mantra on Northbourne – $186/night for king or twin beds, $226 for queen bed + double sofa
- Crowne Plaza – $195/night for superior room, $230 for deluxe room
